The Yankton Sheriff’s Office worked with Quality Telecommunications approximately a year ago to implement a new phone system for several local government departments including the Sheriff’s Office and Jail facility. Installation of our new phone system was a good experience as the staff of Quality Communications took great care to determine the wants and needs of the users and to set up a system that would meet those needs. The equipment installed is of very high quality and has been no problem of any kind. The equipment has every capability that one could want and is very user friendly.
Changing over to a different phone system could be somewhat difficult, but due to the excellent training provided, this also went very easily. All of the staff involved in the sales, planning, installation and training were of the highest quality and very pleasant to do business with.
